Remko is sinds 2025 actief geworden in de streektaal muziek. Het Gronings is een dialect wat Remko zelfs met zijn Libanese afkomst in het hart heeft gesloten. Hij is in 2025 twee maal 'Gronings Goud' geworden met twee singles bij RTVNoord. Drie van zijn singles zijn in de Noord9 gekomen. De 'hitlijst' van en door RTVNoord. Remko's laatste single 'Eem Normoal Doun' is de Stadsdraaiplaat van OOG Radio en TV geworden. 

Remko is jarenlang zanger in diverse bands geweest. Hij is een 'bekende' Groninger verschijning door zijn werk als cartoonist en sneltekenaar door de hele provincie. Daarnaast is hij rond de eeuwwisseling diverse malen sidekick geweest bij het Rtvnoord programma 'De Week Bekeken' naast Remy van Mannekes. Remko heeft al in 2017 voor het eerst twee Groningstalige nummers opgenomen. Hier is hij toen niet verder mee gegaan. Pas in 2025 nadat Remko meerdere singles en een album in dialect heeft uitgebracht zag hij zichzelf tevens als steektaalzanger. Daarnaast blijft hij ook gewoon Engelstalig werk opnemen voor zijn internationale luisteraars.

Remko Kaye has been active in regional language music since 2025. The Groninger dialect is a language that Remko, despite his Lebanese origins, has grown to love and cherish. In 2025, he he was named "Gronings Goud" twice with two singles on RTVNoord. Three of his singles have made it to the Noord9, the hit list of and by RTVNoord. Remko's latest single, "Eem Normoal Doun", has become the Stadsdraaiplaat (City Spin Track) on OOG Radio and TV. Remko has been a singer in various bands for years. He is a well-known figure in Groningen due to his work as a cartoonist and quick sketch artist throughout the province. Additionally, he was a sidekick on the RTVNoord program "De Week Bekeken" (The Week Reviewed) alongside Remy van Mannekes around the turn of the millennium. Remko first recorded two Groninger dialect songs in 2017, but didn't pursue them further at the time. It wasn't until 2025, after releasing multiple singles and an album in dialect, that he also considered himself as a dialect singer. He will continue to record English-language work for his international audience.
